My application has been refused for a UK Visa, can I appeal?
This depends on the type of application you have made.
Is there a time limit to an appeal.
There are time limits to appeal this is variable depending on the type
of appeal you are making.
I am outside the UK and my application has been refused where will my appeal
take place, if I decide to appeal.
The appeal will take place in the UK, net visa solicitors can arrange representation
for you at your appeal.
My application has been refused I have appealed, is there anyting I can do to
make the appeal date earlier.
There are time limits to appeal, however there is no instant way to have
your appeal expidited. On occassions it is the case that not all documents required
by the Appeals Tribunal have been recieved, if this is the case then the Appeals
Tribunal may then set a specific time for the parties to provide the documentation.
I had a right to appeal but I think the time I was given to appeal by has now
passed, can I still appeal?
Depending on the time passed and the reason for not appealing in time it may be
possible to appeal. You will need to speak to an advisor at net visa solicitors
to confirm as to whether the appeal can be made out of time.
Can I make a new application whilst I still have an appeal waiting?
