and Commercial (Work Permit) visa do?
It must be a full-time position, where there is an education requirement such as
specific educational skills.

The visa is normally issued for 5 years. If
after five years you wish to settle in the United Kingdom it will be possible for
you to apply for Settlement/Indefinate Leave to remain.
