These are the standard terms and conditions of business between
net visa solicitorsand you the client.
Our INITIAL ASSESSMENT of your matter is FREE. This information is based upon your
completed FREE INITIAL ASSESMENT FORM, hereby referred to as the 'form'.
This form allows us, net visa solicitors,
to take an initial view as to whether your application is likely to be successful;
this is solely based on the information received via the form and without any consideration
of documents. If after evaluating your case (upon receipt of all documentation)
and our fee, we feel there is a reason that you may not be granted work permit approval,
we will discuss this with you at the time and we will offer a refund of your fee
less £100.00 + VAT for perusing and considering your documents and our outline advice.
By forwarding your documents to us, you guarantee that these documents are genuine
and that no fault can be attributed to net visa
solicitors, should these documents prove at a later date to
be false or forged in any way.
If you decide to withdraw your instructions before we have submitted your application
75% of our fee may become payable depending on how far we have processed your application.
If you decide to withdraw your instructions once we have submitted your application
prior to a decision on your matter our fee will be non refundable.
All fees are detailed on the list of documents we require from you and which will
have been sent to you following the initial assessment. Fees may change from time
to time. If your initial enquiry is followed up with a request for us to act for
you within 3 months of that initial request, our fees listed to you at that time
will remain at that quoted price, the exception being that of any increase in Home
Office Fees or government legislation.
Disbursements,
such as for example courier costs, incurred by us in sending documents
to the home country of the candidate, will be charged extra and are payable by you the client prior to documents being
forwarded to your home country.
We will advise you, by way of telephone or email, of progress on your matter and
any requests for further documentation to continue with your application as and
when requested and supply you with up-to-date information on any documentation received
on your matter.
