As  a visitor you must be able to financially look after yourself and accomodate yourself and any dependants from the money available to you without working or having to claim on any state benfits, you can however be maintained and accomodated by family or friends if they have the accomodation and financial resources available to do so.

As a visitor you will not be able to do paid or unpaid work. You will also not be allowed to study at a state school.

If you wish to enter the UK as a Business visitor this can include attending meetings, briefings and conferences.
